Return & Refund Policy

Requirement to return a valve:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • The reason for return must be valid and acceptance conditions must be met (check out below)
  • General terms and reasons for returning items (general):
  • Wrong product delivery
  • Delivery of defective products
  • Delivery of goods with missing parts
  • Wrong content on the website
  • Terms and reasons for returning an Puro product (s):

The customer will not be able to return the product (s) once received.

Customers are requested to check the product before receiving the product (s).

The following products cannot be refunded:

Cancellation and refund to produce ineligibility:

Delivery of ordered items is subject to availability of products from our seller’s depot / warehouse / store. If the stock of the ordered item is temporarily unavailable, we can cancel any order within 4 working days.

In this case, if the customer has already paid in advance against the order, the customer will get a full refund if no cash is returned within 2-3 working days. The amount of cashback received will be adjusted to the amount of the return.

Advance payment is required for delivery of goods to certain vendors. We can cancel any order if the customer does not pay in advance for such order.

Return / Withdrawal Guarantee may not apply any of the conditions to be followed:

  • Damage due to misuse of MIS products
  • Accidental damage due to defective product
  • Any usable item that has been used or installed
  • T tampered or missing serial / UPC numbered product
  • Any damage/defect that is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
  • Box, any product returned without original packaging and accessories, including the manufacturer’s packaging, and all other items included with the originally delivered product (s).
